Payment & Cancellation

Individual Client Deposit Payment:

– Depending on group size, 15€ – 50€ of overall is price required to book. Remaining amount paid in cash on the day / night of the tapa tour

Agency Deposit Payment:

– Depending on group size, 25% – 50% of overall is price required to book. Full Payment is then required AT LEAST 2 weeks BEFORE the activity date

Refund Policy:

– The deposit paid is always non-refundable

– In the case of agency bookings:

  • Up to 2 weeks before the tour / activity: Deposit paid will be charged
  • Less than 2 weeks before tour / activity date: 100% payment will be charged

“No show” client:

– No refund is offered to a customer who does not turn up for the tour

Late Arrival (BEFORE the tour date):

– Please email enquiries@granadatapastours.com to inform us of any unforeseen circumstances regarding arrival / tour start time and we will do our best to offer you a suitable solution.

Late Arrival (ON the tour date):

– Your tapa expert will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the meeting point. If you are going to arrive late please contact (call or text) the mobile phone number provided on your Confirmation Email. It may be possible for you to incorporate into the tour if you are no more than 30 minutes late and you are able to find the first bar.
